Flash flooding hits roads and homes in Somerset

A major incident has been declared in response to flooding in parts of Somerset.

The downpour of rain on Tuesday has led to 18 homes being evacuated due to mudslides and further flooding is possible, the Environment Agency said.

The public is urged not to drive through flood water.
