Victorious Labour candidate says Tamworth has voted for a fresh start
Labour's Sarah Edwards believes Labour's positive vision helped her to an historic win in the Tamworth by-election.
She overturned a Conservative majority of more than 19,000 to with a swing of almost 24%.
Her margin of victory was 1,316 votes with a 35.95% turnout.
