Great East Swim attracts 100s on sunny day in Suffolk

This weekend saw the Great East Swim with hundreds of people converging on Alton Water near Ipswich.

Contenders entered the swim length that suited their ability or preference and there was quite a number available.

The really keen could go for a maximum 10km stretch, but for the less ambitious 250m seemed ideal and there were plenty more categories to choose from.
