Ipswich: Video shows Portman Road redevelopment plan

A fly-through video shows what Portman Road could look like after a major redevelopment project.

The plan includes an aquatic centre and hotel which would be located in the car park currently outside Ipswich Town's stadium.

A new seven-level car park would also be built to replace the parking spaces lost.

The proposed aquatic centre would include pools, water flumes, a bigger gym, facilities for fitness classes, a soft play area and a cafe.
