Researchers at the University of Surrey are hoping to develop a vaccine which could eventually treat and possibly even prevent advanced prostate cancer.

The trial involves giving some patients regular injections of a mixture of fowlpox and genetically modified human DNA.

Yvonne Hall spoke to Nigel Lewis-Baker who is taking part in the international trial, and consultant medical oncologist Prof Hardev Pandha.
