Austria floods couple 'lucky to be alive'
Two ski instructors from West Sussex are among thousands of people whose homes have been wrecked by widespread flooding across central Europe following days of relentless rainfall.
Phil Durrant and Jessica Hawkins, from Burgess Hill, were staying in Huttau near Salzburg when a landslide took the front off their building.
Mr Durrant, 25, said huge trees and rocks smashed into the property, from which they had to run for their lives.
Ms Hawkins said she hoped never to see anything like it again.
