Special Santa offers signing surprise at Cleveland Centre

A three-year-old girl was delighted to find that Santa was able to talk to her in sign language.

Mali Williams has difficulties communicating, but this time had no problems explaining what she wanted for Christmas during a visit to the Cleveland Centre in Middlesbrough.

The meeting was filmed and has since been viewed online more than a million times.
