Dave the cat living at Sunderland bus depot

A cat which lives inside a bus depot in Sunderland has become a “local legend”, say drivers.

Dave turned up as a stray kitten one day and has stayed put at his fur-ever home ever since.

He is on Go North East’s payroll and is paid in treats, food and lots of attention.

The company says he knows where he can and cannot go and is kept safe at all times.
