Wiltshire MP John Glen says RMP cuts are 'ludicrous'

A Wiltshire MP has spoken out at the number of Royal Military Police posts being cut in the county.

Salisbury and South Wiltshire Conservative John Glen said it was a "ludicrous" decision to cut numbers from 80 to 15.

It was announced last month that almost 4,000 extra troops and their families are to be posted in the West.
