Christopher Halliwell a 'horrible and manipulative murderer'

Det Supt Sean Memory, of Wiltshire Police, described Christopher Halliwell as a "horrible manipulative murderer".

He was speaking outside Bristol Crown Court after Halliwell received a whole life order for murdering Becky Godden.

He said the former taxi driver deserved the sentence.
