'We must learn lessons of history' says Martin McGuinness

Northern Ireland Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness has delivered a peace lecture in Warrington where the IRA killed two young boys and injured 54 other people 20 years ago.

He emphasised the need to "learn the lessons of history" and build a "durable and lasting peace" on the anniversary of the attack, in which two bombs hidden in litter bins exploded in the town centre.
