Concern at plans for Ballyhalbert wind turbine applications

A man from County Down has told BBC News NI that he fears his home will be 'ringed' by wind turbines if his local council approves planning applications before it.

There has been an increase in applications before the end of a subsidy scheme, as BBC News NI's Environment Correspondent Conor Macauley reports.
