Post Office: Law to clear accused staff 'should be UK-wide'
Northern Ireland's justice minister has said a new law to clear the names of people wrongly accused in the Post Office scandal should apply throughout the whole UK.
Naomi Long was speaking after the UK government announced plans for new legislation that will take affect in July in England and Wales.
Ms Long said she was "deeply disappointed" it will not apply in Northern Ireland but added she would urgently review options to provide "an alternative remedy for sub-postmasters in Northern Ireland".
