Alan Johnson and Nick Herbert on police spending

Policing Minister Nick Herbert and the shadow home secretary Alan Johnson are challenged on how their parties have tackled crime and police spending in the light of Sir Denis O'Connor's report.

Mr Johnson admits Labour would have made £1bn cuts to the police budget, while Mr Herbert is asked about reports of 25% or 40% cuts under the coalition government.
