Transport Secretary Philip Hammond is challenged over government action to control rising fuel prices.

And Labour's Tessa Jowell and the SNP's Stewart Hosie are asked what their parties would do.

The Petrol Retailers Association has warned the current 127p a litre price could hit 140p unless action is taken.
