European Court of Human Rights review urged by Policy Exchange

Policy Exchange director Neil O'Brien explains the think tank's call for the government to cut ties with the European Court of Human Rights.

He claims the recent arguments of giving voting rights to prisoners in backed from the European body, and not by British politicians.
