Rail protesters say HS2 high-speed train plan is 'flawed'

Lizzy Williams, chair of Stop High-Speed 2 (HS2), said her group backs high-speed railways but not the current plan, adding "wasting money on a flawed proposal is immoral".

But Jack Dromey, a Labour MP for Birmingham, and former newspaper editor Kelvin MacKenzie back the project and the jobs it is set to create.
