Nick Clegg rallies Scottish Lib Dems ahead of election

Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has rallied the party ahead of May's Scottish elections, telling supporters - "you have my absolute support". The deputy prime minister admitted it was not an easy time to be in government.

He told the Scottish Lib Dem conference in Perth decisions being taken were "difficult, but necessary".
