PCS union's Mark Serwotka plans pension change strike action

Mark Serwotka explains he is discussing "co-ordinated strike action" with other union leaders to stop the planned pension reform "blatant robbery".

The General Secretary of the Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) said it would be "as hard-hitting as people could sustain" as Andrew Neil asked him if he planned to bring the country to a halt.

Mr Serwotka has been debating Lord Hutton's pensions report with a Tory MP.
