Huhne: Liberal Democrats have 'open democratic debate'
Chris Huhne said there is "open democratic debate" at the Liberal Democrat party conferences, unlike the stage-managed affairs of the larger parties.
He said the weekend event in Sheffield would help shape the party's policies for the next general election.
