Liam Fox: First Libya air raids 'very successful'

The first British raids on Libyan military targets were "very successful", according to the Defence Secretary, Liam Fox.

RAF Tornados flew from Norfolk to carry out a bombing mission which concentrated on targets around Tripoli.

Speaking on the BBC's Politics Show, Mr Fox said he was "entirely comfortable" with the outcome of the operation, but that there would be further air strikes, "if necessary", in the coming days.
