House of Lords: Labour peers oppose reform and elections

Labour Leader Ed Miliband faces rebellion from his peers as they are in no mood for reform and the arrival of elections in the House of Lords.

David Thompson spoke to Lord Donoghue, Lord Foulkes and Stephen Pound MP - all members of the Labour Party - for their views on where their leader stands and the risks he could be taking.

Lord Prescott and Lord Tyler gave their views on reform of the House of Lords after this film was aired.
