Would Reagan approve of modern conservative policies?

A statue of former US President Ronald Reagan has been unveiled at a ceremony outside the American embassy in central London.

British Foreign Secretary William Hague, spoke to the BBC's Ross Hawkins about whether Ronald Reagan would have approved of the politics of modern conservatism.
