TUC conference: Ed Miliband heckled over strike action

Ed Miliband has been heckled at the TUC conference in London while talking about public sector pensions.

The Labour leader said the unions should avoid industrial action by negotiating with the government.

He said ''meaningful negotiation'' was needed to prevent further confrontation in the autumn.
