Treasury minister Justine Greening on bank levy and taxes

Justine Greening said Labour had no real economic policies and accused the opposition of "uncosted, unfunded spending commitments."

The treasury minister said Labour was "willing to say anything" for popularity and it had made £87bn of spending commitments.

She claimed banks have been paying more tax under the coalition, and its permanent bank levy was opposed by Labour.
