David Cameron: Homes plan will create 400,000 jobs

Prime Minister David Cameron has confirmed government plans to revitalise the right-to-buy scheme, and using the proceeds to help build new council homes.

Speaking to Andrew Marr, he said the scheme would help the economy by providing "200,000 extra homes, 400,000 extra jobs".
