Paternity rights and Conservative appeal to women voters
A review of red-tape has recommended watering down commitments to extend paternity leave, while polls show the Conservatives are struggling to attract women voters.
Tory MP Nick de Bois said the government needs to think again on regulation and not increase "more burdens and difficulties for businesses"
But Labour's Luciana Berger claimed the government had already taken away tax credits and support for nursery care.
