The issue of state funding, and donation caps, are being discussed as a way to clean up politics at Westminster, and leave voters deciding who should get public money

Giles Dilnot looked at the options and how parties are - and could be - funded as he spoke to Peter Facey of Unlock Democracy and former Labour general secretary Peter Watt.

Liberal Democrat Lord Razzall then gave a studio interview also with Conservative David Willetts and Labour's Michael Dugher on the funding issue.
