Petrol prices: Robert Halfon MP on fuel duty costs
The government should drop its planned increase in fuel tax according to Conservative Robert Halfon and more than 100 other MPs who have signed his motion to the Commons and 100,000 people who have signed an e-petition.
He said some families face fuel poverty as they pay more than a tenth of their income on petrol for their vehicles, while some cannot afford to drive their cars.
