John Prescott on UK and US climate change efforts

As a UN climate summit is being held in Durban, South Africa, Lord Prescott was asked about the achievements of previous climate summits.

He said the UK had been a leading country in working to achieve the agreements from Kyoto.

The former deputy prime minister said ex-president George Bush was against the efforts - although President Obama said he believed in the science but "frankly has totally failed" to act.
