Green Party conference: Caroline Lucas speech in full

This weekend's Green Party spring conference has opened in Liverpool.

During her speech, the party's leader, and MP for Brighton Pavilion, Caroline Lucas said the party was growing in confidence on a local and national level.

She used her speech to called for greater scrutiny on private companies providing public services.
