Ken Livingstone responds to allegations of tax avoidance
Ken Livingstone, Labour's candidate for London mayor, has responded to allegations in the Sunday Telegraph that he avoided paying tax by channelling £238,000 of earnings through a private company.
Mr Livingstone told the Andrew Marr programme that setting up the company to handle his earnings was "normal" for somebody who employs people directly, and who earns money from a variety of different sources.
