Eric Joyce apologises to MPs for bar brawl
MP Eric Joyce has resigned from the Labour Party and apologised to his victims during a bar brawl in Parliament.
The Falkirk MP was speaking in the Commons three days after pleading guilty to four charges including one of assault by beating.
The court fined him £3,000, banned him from pubs for three months and gave him a 12-month community order which included a curfew from Friday to Sunday.
