Osborne to target tax avoidance loophole in Budget

Chancellor George Osborne has promised an "aggressive" attack on those who use a tax loophole to avoid paying stamp duty.

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show, he pledged to "come down like a tonne of bricks" on wealthy people who sell properties through offshore companies to avoid paying tax.
