Budget 2012: British Chambers of Commerce's Adam Marshall
Dr Adam Marshall from the British Chambers of Commerce said there was some good news in the Budget for the biggest - and smallest - firms who would welcome the simplification of taxes and a cut in corporation tax.
But he said many business people would scratch their heads and conclude there was "not a lot in it for me" without more action on fuel duty and business rates.
