Heath and Social Care Bill: Lansley explains changes

Health Secretary Andrew Lansley was asked to "simply and concisely" explain the NHS changes in England.

They have become law after months of controversy and calls for the Health and Socal Care Bill , externalto be dropped.

He told Andrew Neil patients would get more information and more choice, their services had to be "more joined-up", there would be a cut in bureaucracy, and with a stronger voice for patients.
