Tax forms: UK lessons from Sweden's full disclosure

A row between London mayoral candidates Boris Johnson and Ken Livingstone raised the issue of politicians offering full disclosure on their tax returns - and David Cameron said he was happy to follow suit.

Giles Dilnot reports from Sweden where they have been providing all tax details since 1766.
