Qatada: May insists Home Office right on dates
Judges at the European Court of Human Rights are set to consider an appeal by lawyers representing the terrorist suspect, Abu Qatada, over his deportation from the UK.
The cleric's representatives lodged a last-minute appeal on Tuesday night but the Home Office is asking the court to disregard this, arguing that they missed the deadline.
Home Secretary, Theresa May, made a statement in the House of Commons in a bid to clarify confusion over dates.
