French presidential election: Sarkozy vs Hollande

French presidential elections take place on Sunday, with Nicolas Sarkozy in Nice and Francois Hollande in Bordeaux making their final pleas for votes.

Opinion polls show the two men are neck-and-neck, with the Socialist candidate favourite to win a run-off vote.
