Local elections: Put your faith in Labour, says Ed Miliband
Labour have won a string of victories in English and Welsh local elections - with shadow ministers claiming their leader is now on course for No 10.
The party is set to add more than 700 seats and has taken control of councils including Birmingham and Cardiff.
Ed Miliband told the BBC he wanted to thank people for "placing their trust" in Labour, and vowed to "work tirelessly" to deliver change to Britain.
