The coalition shuffle
So they're back. MPs return to Parliament on Monday at the end of their long summer break. Battle will resume immediately between the parties over how best to fix the economy. There's also trouble at mill for Nick Clegg. He returns to Westminster to find some Liberal Democrat peers asking publicly for the first time if the party might not be better off he had stayed on holiday in Spain. And then there's the reshuffle. I spoke to the Spectator's Political Editor, James Forsyth, and I began by asking him if the Prime Minister was planning big changes or a modest tinkering?
