Ann Clwyd MP meets 'men in white coats' in Parliament

A Labour MP was interrupted by fellow Parliamentarians laughing as she spoke of meeting "men in white coats" everyday when she goes into her office.

Ann Clwyd was taking part in a debate about work needed in the Houses of Parliament, as some suggest leaving Westminster for a temporary site, while the repairs are undertaken, including the removal of asbestos.
