Boris Johnson's odds of being MP or prime minister

Bookmaker Alex Donohue said a rush of post-Olympic bets meant odds of Boris Johnson being an MP again were now 2/1, and just 3/1 on him running the country before the year 2050.

He also spoke of the chances of Gordon Brown and Tony Blair returning to Downing Street and the remixed version of Nick Clegg's apology over student fees topping the charts.

Mr Donohue spoke to Jo Coburn after a Daily Politics film on political betting was aired.
