Should young offenders be encouraged to get education?
The Justice Secretary has told BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast that he wants youth detention centres to "focus much more on education".
Chris Grayling says he is considering proposals to turn some centres into "secure colleges" to improve reoffending rates.
He hopes it will save some of the millions of pounds it costs to keep young people locked up in England and Wales.
Former young offender Daniel Painter also explained what he made of the proposals.
