PMQs: Wollaston and Cameron on alcohol prices in shops
A Conservative MP told the House of Commons that "whenever alcohol is too cheap, more people die".
Dr Sarah Wollaston called for a meeting with the prime minister to consider "the evidence base behind minimum pricing of alcohol" and spoke out against reports the government was set to drop its plan on drinks' prices.
David Cameron said there was a "problem with deeply-discounted alcohol", and said of the sale of 20p and 25p cans of lager in supermarkets: "It's got to change."
