Two senior ministers would back EU exit
For the first time, two senior Conservative members of the government have said they would vote for Britain to leave the EU if a referendum were held today.
But the Education Secretary, Michael Gove, and the Defence Secretary Philip Hammond both say they'd prefer a renegotiation of the UK's membership - which David Cameron is seeking to achieve.
Labour has accused the prime minister of losing control of his party.
