Rapporteur role for MEPs in European Parliament

Most people have not heard of the job, but MEPs want to take on the role of rapporteur in the European Parliament, with its extra unpaid duties.

Adam Fleming spoke to Labour MEP Glenis Wilmott to find out why she does the job, and Open University archive film showed former MEP Nick Clegg in the role.
