Tory MP: Vote on Syria has 'let down innocent people'

MPs have rejected possible UK military action against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's government to deter the use of chemical weapons.

Conservative MP Nadhim Zahawi, who voted in favour of the government's motion said that he felt the result had "let down the innocent people of Syria".

Mr Zahawi also accused Ed Miliband of "flip-flopping" on the issue.

The BBC's Julian Worricker spoke to Mr Zahawi at Westminster.
