UK chancellor Osborne: 'No secret' disagreement on Syria

The UK chancellor, George Osborne has acknowledged that there are divisions among leaders at the G20 summit over how to respond to chemical attacks in Syria.

But Mr Osborne, who is attending the summit in St Petersburg, said there is agreement that the best solution to the crisis is to get peace talks on track.
