'Unite score political victory over Labour' - Eric Joyce

The withdrawal of evidence and complaints of wrongdoing in the selection of a Labour party candidate in Falkirk, is "inexplicable", the current Falkirk MP has said.

Eric Joyce told BBC News that the move was a political victory for the leadership of Unite, and left Ed Miliband with no choice but to declare that there had been no rules broken.
